Zug, Switzerland – SingularityNET, a key player in the Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance, has announced a powerful collaboration with Privado ID (formerly Polygon ID) to build trust within the decentralized AI ecosystem.

The partnership will launch the first-ever AI Agent Trust Registry, along with the issuance of Decentralized Identifiers (DID) for AI agents. By combining Privado ID’s decentralized identity technology with SingularityNET’s expertise in AI, this initiative will provide verifiable, onchain credentials for AI agents, ensuring safety and trust across the network.

Breakthrough in Decentralized AI Trust

This AI Agent Trust Registry is a breakthrough in decentralized AI. It will enable AI agents to have provable identities and critical credentials like model details, creator information, and audit status. This ensures that users and other AI agents can safely interact within a trusted and transparent environment. 

The integration of decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and zero-knowledge proof-based verifiable credentials will allow the registry to become an essential tool for enhancing AI agent interactions, offering verifiable authenticity and fostering an interoperable, secure AI network.

Phased Rollout of the AI Agent Trust Registry

The launch of the AI Agent Trust Registry will unfold in stages. It will begin with a pilot phase integrating Privado ID’s credentials with the AIRIS AI Agent, followed by the implementation of scalable registries that validate complex attributes such as authenticity and safety. 

The final stage will explore concepts for AI self-governance, ensuring a privacy-first approach with zero-knowledge proofs for data protection. The phased implementation ensures both reliable verification and complete data privacy.
