These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of blockster.com and the related shows, newsletters, voice AI concierges and business services provided by Blockster Media & Technology, LLC (“Blockster,” “we,” “us” or “our”) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Using the Services
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live if you purchase a Business Membership or advertising. You agree to use the Services lawfully and in line with these Terms.
3. Our content is not financial advice
Blockster publishes news, analysis, interviews and guides about AI, digital assets, markets and business. Our content is for general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
4. AI-generated presenters and voice concierges
- Presenters in our shows, including Electra and Station correspondents, are AI-generated. Scripts, reporting and editorial decisions are made by the Blockster team.
- Voice AI concierges on company Stations and articles are provided by our partner Talk Society and trained on information supplied by the company and on Blockster’s reporting. Their answers are AI-generated, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not advice or statements by Blockster. Verify important information directly with the company.
5. Sponsored content and advertising
Advertising and sponsorships are clearly labelled, for example “Advertisement,” “Sponsored” or “Presented by.” Sponsors do not control our reporting. Clicking an ad may take you to a third-party site, which is governed by its own terms.
6. Blockster Business Membership
These terms apply to companies that subscribe to Blockster Business Membership (“Members”).
- Plans and billing. Plans (Station, Growth and Flagship) are priced per month and billed quarterly in advance. Flagship requires an application and a minimum term of six months, and includes a sponsorship credit each quarter; unused credit does not roll over. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Your Station. Members may publish their own news and announcements on their Station. Members are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish and confirm they have the rights to it. Blockster may edit, decline or remove company-published content that breaks these Terms or the law.
- Editorial independence. Membership does not buy editorial coverage or approval. Blockster’s editorial team decides what appears in its newsdesk, shows and reporting, including how and when member news is featured.
- Voice concierge. Members supply accurate information for their concierge and are responsible for how they use contact details and transcripts they receive, in line with applicable privacy laws. Voice credits are included by plan; unused credits do not roll over.
- Interviews and conference coverage. Scheduling depends on availability and event access. Blockster decides the final edit.
7. Advertising and sponsorship orders
Sponsorships, display advertising, conference coverage and event services are governed by a separate order or insertion order, which takes priority over these Terms where they conflict.
8. Intellectual property
The Services and their content, including articles, videos, presenters, logos and design, are owned by Blockster or its licensors and are protected by law. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use our content to train AI models without our written permission. Members grant Blockster a licence to use the content, logos and information they provide to operate their Station, concierge and related promotion.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break any law; infringe others’ rights; publish false, misleading or deceptive content; attempt to access systems without authorisation; interfere with the Services; misuse a voice concierge, including by trying to make it produce harmful or misleading content; or use the Services to send spam.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services include content and links from third parties, such as YouTube, X and Talk Society. We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that content, including AI-generated answers, is accurate, complete or current, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blockster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid Blockster in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Blockster against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or, for Members, from content you publish on your Station.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the Services, including a Station, if these Terms are broken. Members may cancel as described in section 6.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
