Seoul, Republic of Korea — Scoop AI is bringing its next global hackathon stop to Seoul with Seoul Bowl, a two-day build event taking place December 20–21. Co-hosted alongside Neo, the longtime Layer-1 blockchain, and SpoonOS, the chain-agnostic agentic operating system powered by Neo, the event aims to unite builders shaping the future of AI-driven Web3 applications.
Seoul Bowl will gather developers, researchers, and emerging builders for a weekend dedicated to prototyping intelligent systems—particularly around the rapidly advancing field of agentic AI, where autonomous agents interact, reason, and execute tasks on decentralized networks.

Powered by Ecosystem Leaders: SpoonOS, Neo & Scoop AI
The event’s co-hosts represent three pillars of the emerging AI-Web3 stack:
SpoonOS
A living, evolving agentic operating system built on Neo, SpoonOS gives developers a unified toolkit for building, deploying, and coordinating AI agents across Web3 environments. It’s designed to support high-bandwidth, intelligent applications that require decentralized execution.
Neo
One of the earliest community-driven blockchains (founded in 2014), Neo is built for the Smart Economy era—supporting digital assets, decentralized storage, oracles, domain services, and full-stack tooling for developers across many programming languages.
Scoop AI Hackathon Series
Scoop AI’s global hackathon program aims to accelerate applied AI innovation by providing teams with structure, mentorship, and access to an ecosystem of builders and researchers. Seoul Bowl marks the next step in scaling real, production-ready agentic systems across Web3.
Community & Partner Support
Seoul Bowl is supported by an ecosystem of contributors including Google Cloud, Kite AI, Aegis Venture, Gridge, Habsida, Digital Nomads Korea, and CodeSeoul, helping expand the reach of the hackathon to developers across Korea and APAC.
