One thing I keep noticing in blockchain is how often an interesting business gets lost in its own explanation.
You read an announcement, make it through the technical terminology and still have a basic question: what does this actually do for me?
As publishers, we have a role in closing that gap. As builders, we have an opportunity to make asking the next question easier.
That thinking connects several things we’re working on: our sister company, Talk Society, our new super-intelligent news host, Electra, and an upcoming version of Blockster that will let readers speak with a company’s voice concierge directly from its business page or an article covering it.
We’re using Super Intelligence, or SI, as our branding for these AI-powered experiences. Our focus is what they help people understand and accomplish.
I want to share where we’re taking this—and why I believe people remain essential to making it work.
Making Crypto Easier to Understand
I often hear mainstream hosts on networks like Fox and CNBC struggle to explain crypto terminology. Sometimes even the pronunciation gets in the way. If the person explaining it sounds unsure, it’s no wonder viewers find it confusing.
We should make it easier for people to understand what this industry is building.
Someone encountering staking for the first time needs to understand how it works, where the rewards come from and what restrictions or risks apply. A business exploring stablecoins needs to know how they could help with payments, what the costs are and how the money reaches its destination.
That is the approach we’re practicing with Electra, Blockster’s super-intelligent (SI) news host: taking technical news and explaining it in plain English, with our editorial team checking the meaning and context.
It also shapes what we’re building through Talk Society. A reader should be able to ask, “Can you explain that more simply?” and get an answer that helps them move forward.

Meet Talk Society
Talk Society builds custom voice AI agents for businesses, working over the phone, on a website and in live Google Meet conversations.
We can build receptionists, customer support agents, lead qualification services, appointment schedulers, sales assistants, interviewers and outbound follow-up agents. Each build can incorporate company knowledge and connect with calendars, customer databases and booking systems, with human handoff when needed.
The starting point is understanding the work a business needs help with.
Perhaps inquiries arrive after hours. Perhaps the team spends much of its day answering the same product questions. Or a salesperson needs support across several meetings with a potential customer.
Our agents can join a live Google Meet alongside the main salesperson, helping answer product questions and provide company information while the salesperson leads the conversation.
Afterward, the agent can conduct follow-up Google Meet calls to answer additional questions and explain next steps, bringing the salesperson back in when needed.
That is where I see real value: helping a team stay responsive while giving people more time for relationships and decisions that need their attention.
Why Blockchain, Crypto and Web3 Businesses Can Benefit
Blockchain, crypto and Web3 businesses often serve people with very different levels of knowledge.
A developer may want to discuss how a product connects with existing systems. A business owner may simply want to know whether it can make international payments easier. A potential customer might need an explanation of the product before knowing what else to ask.
A useful concierge should be able to meet each person at that starting point.
We build around the company’s information and the questions its customers actually ask. The agent can explain a technical term, offer a practical example and respond to the next question without requiring someone to search through several pages.
That matters because confusion can end a customer relationship before it begins. If someone cannot understand the offering, they may leave without ever contacting the team.
I want us to make those first conversations easier—and help businesses recognize when someone is ready for a more detailed conversation with a person.
Electra Gives Us Another Way to Tell the Day’s Stories
Electra has started delivering daily briefings covering Web3 announcements and the wider economy.
There is more happening each day than most people have time to follow. A product launch, funding announcement or economic release might be relevant to our readers even if they never open a full article about it.
Electra gives us a way to bring those developments together in a quick report. The technology helps us turn the format around quickly and efficiently, while our editorial work determines what deserves attention and how to explain it.
It also gives stories another opportunity to reach an audience. Someone might hear a highlight in a briefing and then read the article to understand the details.
We’re continuing our conference coverage and reporting with contributors including Ivan Zhelev, Eric Spivak and Alex Bowman. Their conversations, interviews and perspectives remain an important part of Blockster.
Being at an event, developing a relationship with a source and knowing which follow-up question to ask all bring something valuable to the work. Electra gives us another format alongside that reporting.

Coming Soon: A Blockster You Can Talk To
We’re preparing a new version of Blockster with business memberships and a more interactive way to learn about participating companies.
Through Talk Society, each member company will have a voice concierge informed by a detailed body of knowledge about its products, services and announcements—including its cryptocurrency or token, if it has one.
That concierge will be available on the company’s Blockster business page and on articles covering the company.
Imagine reading about a payments platform and asking whether it supports your country. Or exploring an exchange and asking how to buy stocks or crypto, what fees apply and how to get started.
Buying crypto can feel complicated, especially the first time. A voice concierge can explain the steps in plain English, clarify unfamiliar terms and help you understand the costs before you decide what to do—all from the page you’re already reading.
For readers, it means a more direct route to relevant information. For businesses, it creates an opportunity to answer the questions an article cannot anticipate for every visitor.
Helping Interest Become a Real Conversation
An article can introduce a business to someone who has never heard of it. What happens after that introduction matters.
Can the reader understand the product? Can they find an answer to their question? Can they reach the right person when they want to learn more?
A concierge can answer initial questions, gather relevant information and help someone arrange a suitable follow-up. That could involve a potential customer, partner or investor, each with different interests and needs.
Our ambition is a sevenfold improvement in turning reader interest into qualified inquiries. That is a target we intend to test, rather than an established result or a promise of investment.
I care about the quality of those inquiries, too. A useful conversation should help both sides understand whether there is a reason to continue.
Why I Believe the Future Includes Both SI and People
I’m excited about how much more capable these systems are becoming. But the value comes from giving them a useful role and supporting them with the right information and oversight.
Our SI services can answer recurring questions, support a meeting and keep a business responsive outside office hours. People bring judgment, accountability and an understanding of relationships that extends beyond the immediate question.
At Blockster, that means human editorial decisions alongside new ways to produce and distribute our coverage. At Talk Society, it means defining what an agent should handle, making clear when someone is speaking with AI and knowing when to bring in a person.
I want us to use these tools to make expertise more accessible and give our teams more time for the work that benefits most from their experience.
Business Memberships Start at $500 a Month, Billed Quarterly
With the new Blockster, business memberships will start at $500 per month, billed quarterly at $1,500, giving your marketing and PR team the ability to publish articles on your company’s business page as often as needed.
Those articles will also receive exposure through our daily Newsdesk and Electra’s daily briefing show, with distribution across Blockster’s X, YouTube and LinkedIn channels. Our ambassador network will extend that reach by reposting the coverage across their own channels.
Membership also includes one interview per quarter with a Blockster host at a major industry conference, giving your team an opportunity to share what you’re building and put a face to the business.
Your business page and article pages will feature your company’s Talk Society voice concierge, giving visitors a way to ask questions while exploring your business.
The starting membership includes an initial allowance of talk credits. We’ll notify you when those credits are running low, and you can purchase more as needed.
You can also request conversation history and reports showing what readers and potential customers are asking your concierge, subject to privacy requirements. Those insights can help your team understand common questions, identify confusing parts of your offering and improve your communications.
I wanted this membership to deliver real value in one package: ongoing publishing, video and social distribution, quarterly conference interviews and a voice concierge that helps turn reader interest into a conversation.
I also believe experiencing the service on Blockster will help members see what it could do for their own businesses—from answering customer questions to supporting sales conversations.
Blockster business members can save thousands of dollars on setup when bringing Talk Society’s voice AI to their own website or phone service, depending on the scope of the build.
If you’re building a business and want to explore what this could look like for your team, get in touch with Talk Society. I’d love to hear which conversations you want to make easier.
