AI agents are moving from answering questions about markets to placing trades. Quote.Trade wants to be where those trades happen—without broadcasting the strategy behind them.

In an announcement timed to Korea Blockchain Week in Seoul, Quote.Trade introduced V6 of its crypto dark pool exchange, pairing private execution with updated funding contracts and deeper aggregated liquidity across more than 1,500 markets.

The launch follows a $4 million capital raise earlier this year. It also introduces Alpha League, a trading competition where people, bots and AI agents can compete through December 31.

The pitch starts with something any trader can understand: know the full price before committing, and keep your trading intentions out of a public order book.

Know the Price Before You Trade

The price displayed at the top of an order book may cover only a small portion of a larger trade. Filling the rest can mean accepting progressively worse prices.

Quote.Trade says V6 provides continuously updated quotes for the trader’s actual order size. The entire order executes at the quoted price or nothing trades—a model known as fill-or-kill.

That makes the decision more concrete: accept the price for the complete trade or pass. It does not guarantee that every order will execute.

“Our execution engine sees only what it needs to execute—not whether an order came from a limit, stop, bracket, bot or AI-agent strategy,” said Chris Mack, Quote.Trade’s CTO.

Privacy is the other part of the proposition. Limit and stop orders are managed separately from the execution engine, which receives the immediate instruction needed to fill a trade rather than the broader strategy that produced it.

Private Orders, Public Collateral

V6’s funding contracts are deployed directly on Ethereum and XDC and, according to the company, cannot be upgraded in place. Changes to the core logic require a new deployment and migration.

Quote.Trade says collateral remains visible onchain and is never lent, pledged or reused. Its funding model includes contract-enforced withdrawal controls and settlement to registered wallets.

The platform combines those public records with private execution. Its website describes a hybrid architecture: funding, withdrawals and position records use blockchain infrastructure, while matching, pricing and risk controls operate offchain.

That distinction matters. Keeping orders private does not mean every part of the exchange runs on a blockchain, or that all activity is confidential.

Built for Automated Traders

Quote.Trade’s AI pitch extends beyond a chatbot attached to a trading screen.

The company says agents can access market data, preview orders and execute trades autonomously. Compatibility with the Binance V3 API is intended to help existing bots and trading systems integrate without rebuilding their strategies from scratch.

For developers, the appeal is continuity: bring an existing trading system to a venue that supports private execution and quotes for the full order size.

The company recently named Michael Terpin, John Divine and William P. Evans as strategic advisors. It has also added native support for XDC Network and Circle-issued USDC on XDC as it expands its infrastructure and liquidity relationships.

Alpha League Puts the Pitch to Work

Alpha League gives that infrastructure a competitive test, with separate Live and Paper divisions open to app users, API traders, bots and AI agents.

The Live division offers a 2,000 USDC prize pool. The Paper division offers 1,000 USDC in prizes, with no deposit required. Both rank participants by net percentage return, subject to final verification.

Separately, Quote.Trade may consider strategies for deployment of up to $50,000 in company-owned capital from the Live division and $25,000 from Paper.

Those amounts are not additional cash prizes or guaranteed funding. Any deployment requires a separate review, and participants do not receive custody or control of the company’s funds.

The published rules also limit U.S. participants to Paper trading. Paper entry requires a wallet with no previous Quote.Trade deposit history, and that wallet becomes permanently Paper-only. The competition runs through December 31, 2026.

Seoul Is the Starting Point

Quote.Trade plans to mark the launch with a September 30 investor and trader reception in Seoul, followed by appearances at TOKEN2049 Singapore and Money20/20 Las Vegas in October.

The Seoul event brings the team together with founders, investors and traders; registration requires host approval.

V6’s broader test will extend beyond the competition leaderboard. Quote.Trade is betting that both people and autonomous systems want the same basic trading conditions: a clear price, discretion around their strategy and a way to verify what happens to their collateral.
