Crypto.com & OG Prediction Markets Join U.S. SailGP Team in Multi-Year Partnership

A New Layer of Fan Engagement

The partnership introduces a new way for fans to engage with SailGP, allowing users to trade prediction market contracts tied to races and live sporting events while following the action on the water.

As part of the agreement, Crypto.com and OG branding will appear across the U.S. SailGP Team's F50 catamaran, race gear, and team environments. The collaboration will also include digital content campaigns, fan activations, and integrations across the OG platform.

Formula 1 on the Water

SailGP has rapidly established itself as one of the most technologically advanced sports leagues globally, often drawing comparisons to Formula 1 because of its data-driven competition and high-performance engineering.

Its F50 foiling catamarans can exceed 60 mph, with thirteen national teams competing across some of the world's most recognizable waterfront destinations. For OG Prediction Markets, the partnership creates a natural connection between real-time sports data and event-based trading.

"Crypto.com has always backed those who compete at the highest level — and the U.S. SailGP Team is exactly that," said Steve Humenik, EVP and Global Head of Legal for Prediction and Capital Markets at Crypto.com.

He added that SailGP's highly technical and data-rich format makes it an ideal sport for prediction markets, helping expand OG's growing ecosystem of sports event contracts and trading communities.

New York Debut

The New York Sail Grand Prix will serve as the first major activation of the partnership, giving fans an opportunity to engage with SailGP through prediction markets as races unfold in real time.

For the U.S. SailGP Team, the agreement also opens the door to Crypto.com's global audience and OG's growing community of traders and sports enthusiasts.
