The funds include a $40M seed raise, following the company’s previous $35M pre-seed round, and a $250M liquid line/token purchase commitment. With this milestone, the total capital committed to the 0G ecosystem has now reached $325M.
The seed round saw participation from a diverse group of backers, including Hack VC, Polygon, Sandeep Nailwal, Yat Siu and Animoca, Delphi Digital, OKX Ventures, Samsung Next, and Bankless Ventures, among others. Other key investors include Stanford Blockchain Fund, Awaken Finance, DAO5, Coinbureau, and Gumi. Collectively, these investors highlight the growing support for 0G's mission to create a decentralized and transparent AI ecosystem.

The 0G Foundation, an independent governance body, will oversee the development and long-term sustainability of the 0G Protocol. The $250M liquid line will enable the 0G Foundation to access funds at over-the-counter (OTC) rates, empowering the team to continue developing cutting-edge solutions within the decentralized AI space.
