MetaWealth, a pioneering platform for tokenized real estate investment, has reached a significant milestone by distributing $1 million in yield income to its global network of investors. This achievement underscores the robust performance of MetaWealth’s real estate portfolio and its dedication to long-term capital growth.

Earlier this month, MetaWealth distributed over $37,000 to its token holders, contributing to the impressive total of $1 million in rental income shared with investors via its platform. This yield stemmed from a select group of mature, income-generating assets within MetaWealth’s diversified real estate portfolio.

While many of the platform's assets, valued at over $50 million, are still under development, the latest property, Domus Nova in Rome, is currently raising funds. New real estate opportunities are set to be listed across various European markets in the coming months.
