Miami just leveled up its status as a Web3 capital with the grand opening of The Port, a new coworking space in Wynwood designed specifically for the crypto-native and tech-forward community.

Blockster's contributor, Addie (@NFTaddie) stopped by for the opening, getting a firsthand look at the vibrant space where blockchain builders, Solana devs, and real-world asset tokenizers are coming together to shape the future.
“We’re currently a Solana community but we aren’t chain specific. We are welcoming other chains to come cowork at the Port and open to the larger tech community as well,” said Justin, Co-founder of DKS and one of the visionaries behind The Port.
What Is The Port?
More than just a coworking space, The Port is a physical launchpad for innovation. Its mission? To accelerate human progress by bringing together technologists, entrepreneurs, and visionaries under one roof. Located in the heart of Wynwood, the space boasts exposed brick walls, private soundproof booths, and a modern, industrial aesthetic perfect for creative thinking and deep work.
It’s not just about solo grinding, either. The Port is intentionally designed to foster collaboration, with weekly speaking events, pitch nights, and crypto cocktail hours that feel more like community gatherings than networking fluff.
“This is the most women I’ve seen at a cocktail hour tech crypto event,” Addie shared. “I feel like these are my people here,” added Amy, a Solana ecosystem growth expert.
Who's Building at The Port?
The Port is co-founded by:
And perhaps most notably, the EPIC Chain team is on-site, pushing the envelope on real-world asset tokenization.
"Our chain is built for speed, affordability, and security. We're making RWA tokenization seamless and sustainable," said a team member from EPIC Chain. "Being in Miami puts us at the center of emerging tech and culture—which is essential to our growth strategy."
With its plug-and-play tools, EPIC Chain enables brands to launch tokens and apps quickly—without deep technical knowledge. Their presence at The Port is no coincidence: being in Miami gives them direct access to early adopters, potential partners, and global visibility through a city known for blending finance, tech, and culture.
The Port is also attracting a wider wave of breakout crypto apps and builders, including the Arena app (arena.social), Rove World (roveworld.xyz), EigenLayer, and Rogue Trader. Each project brings its own niche—from decentralized social to creator economies and crypto betting—making The Port a powerful convergence point for Web3 innovation.

Why It Matters
In a city brimming with innovation, The Port is carving out a new kind of crypto-native community hub—open, collaborative, and committed to pushing the space forward. From founders pitching their ideas to VCs to spontaneous deep dives into tokenomics between espresso shots, this space is Miami crypto energy distilled.
Whether you’re Solana-aligned or multichain curious, The Port is setting a new standard for what a blockchain coworking space can be.
"The Port was born from a belief that real innovation happens when builders work side by side. We wanted to create a space where that kind of magic could happen every day," said Justin, Co-founder of The Port.
