Under Matty Taylor's leadership, Solana's hackathons attracted over 60,000 participants across eight online events, resulting in 4,000 product launches and winners raising an impressive $600 million in venture funding.
Colosseum now steps into the role of organizing future Solana hackathons, carrying forward this legacy of success.

Colosseum's Initiatives
Colosseum introduces the Accelerator Program, a significant component that goes beyond hackathons. Select hackathon winners will receive $250,000 in pre-seed capital as part of the Accelerator Program, preparing them for their Demo Day. Colosseum envisions hosting 2-3 hackathons annually, with the inaugural event scheduled for March 4, 2024.
