Managing a DeFi portfolio often means juggling multiple wallets, protocols and transactions while constantly monitoring market conditions. CoinFello believes that process should be as simple as writing a sentence.

The company has launched Fello 2, an upgraded AI agent that allows users to create, execute and automate complex DeFi strategies using natural language instead of manually interacting with decentralized applications.

The release is accompanied by a new rewards program that returns 100% of eligible swap fees to users and their referrals during a limited launch period, with rewards paid in MON, the native token of the Monad blockchain.

Describe the Strategy, Let the AI Handle the Rest

Rather than navigating multiple DeFi platforms, users can simply describe the outcome they want.

A prompt such as "Every Friday, move idle USDC into the highest-yielding stablecoin pool, but add collateral if any position comes within 15% of liquidation and notify me afterward" is translated into an execution plan that users can review before approving.

Once approved, Fello 2 continues monitoring positions and automatically carries out those instructions in the background based on the conditions set by the user.

CoinFello describes the experience as replacing manual DeFi workflows with AI-powered automation.

Monitoring Without Giving Up Control

Users can ask Fello 2 to monitor their wallets without moving assets or creating a new account. The AI can identify liquidation risks, changes in yield opportunities and portfolio drift, sending alerts without requiring access to user funds.

Only when users want Fello to execute transactions are they asked to fund an Automation Wallet, which remains under their ownership.

The company says Fello never controls private keys. Instead, it operates through a delegated permission model that limits the AI to actions explicitly approved by the user. Those permissions can be revoked at any time.

Fello 2 also includes security protections designed to detect malicious transactions, refusing blind-signing requests, approval-phishing attempts and transactions intended to drain wallets.

Rewards Paid Back to Users

Alongside the launch, CoinFello introduced a rewards program that shares swap fees with users instead of retaining them.

During the introductory launch period, 100% of eligible swap fees generated through Fello will be distributed to users and the people they refer, with rewards paid in MON.

Users receive rewards from both their own qualifying swaps and ongoing activity generated by referrals. Earnings are tracked through a dedicated dashboard and can be claimed directly to a self-custody wallet.

CoinFello says there is currently no limit on the number of referrals or rewards users can earn. The company also plans to introduce a feature allowing claimed rewards to be deposited into a self-custodial account managed by Fello to automatically compound returns, although that functionality has not yet launched.

AI Agents Continue Expanding Into DeFi

The launch comes as AI agents are beginning to move beyond chat interfaces into onchain execution, helping users automate increasingly complex financial workflows.

"The hardest part of DeFi isn't one thing, it's two: knowing the right move, and then actually making it, over and over again," said jacobc.eth, Co-Founder and CEO of CoinFello.

"Through a single prompt, Fello 2 transforms the manual steps in the process into automations. You describe it once, and the automation handles the schedule, the steps, and the conditions in between. And importantly, on a wallet you own, with nothing executed you didn't approve.

Fello 2 is available now through the CoinFello platform and serves as the default AI agent for new users. The launch also highlights Monad's growing ecosystem, where developers are increasingly building AI-powered applications that combine blockchain infrastructure with autonomous financial automation.
