Following its recent rebrand, Everything has unveiled the first concrete step in its ecosystem transition: a structured pathway that allows existing SDEX holders to migrate into the upcoming EV token ahead of its planned Token Generation Event (TGE) in May 2026.

Rather than forcing a hard reset, the team is taking a phased approach—one designed to preserve continuity for current participants while gradually introducing a new token model aligned with the protocol’s expanded vision.

From Rebrand to Reality
The rebrand to Everything signals a shift from a single-product focus toward a broader, unified DeFi framework. This migration marks the first major milestone in translating that vision into something tangible for the community.
“Our rebrand was about laying the groundwork for what comes next. This transition gives existing SDEX holders a clear, structured path into EV—one that rewards long-term commitment rather than short-term speculation.”
Jean Rausis, CEO & co-founder of Everything
Two Initial Paths Into EV
The first phase introduces two access routes, available exclusively to current SDEX holders and early participants:
Migration Staking Pool:
Participants can opt into a 12-month locked staking program, earning EV tokens that vest over the first year following the May TGE. Importantly, these allocations are fixed to EV’s starting valuation at launch, offering clarity and predictability for long-term holders.Community Pre-Sale Pool:
A second option allows participants to acquire EV through a burn-and-contribution mechanism, with tokens vesting over a longer time horizon. The structure emphasizes alignment and staying power over immediate liquidity.
Additional access mechanisms—including call-option style opportunities—are planned for later phases, giving committed SDEX participants ongoing ways to enter EV at preferential terms.
Designed for Continuity, Not Disruption
The migration has been structured to avoid abrupt supply shocks. SDEX remains usable throughout the transition, allowing holders to stay active, trade both assets, and engage with the protocol as it evolves.
“Everything is not a single product—it’s a unifying framework,” Rausis added. “The rebrand and migration work together to support long-term value creation across the ecosystem.”
While the shift does introduce some dilution at the individual token level, the team frames the updated model as a necessary step to unlock growth opportunities that were not possible under the legacy structure. The expectation is that ecosystem expansion ultimately outpaces relative ownership dilution over time.

What Comes Next
This initial phase is expected to appeal to existing SDEX holders, early contributors, and DeFi-native investors seeking early exposure ahead of the EV launch. Broader participation—including public access and secondary market activity—is planned to roll out progressively following the TGE.
