Three Pillars Shaping Byreal’s 2026 Strategy

Bao’s roadmap focused on three structural upgrades designed to expand who can trade on-chain, what assets are available, and how liquidity is managed.

1. AI-Driven Liquidity Infrastructure

Byreal plans to introduce AI-assisted tools for liquidity providers, aimed at reducing complexity and improving capital efficiency. The roadmap includes:

1. AutoSwap, enabling single-asset LP entry with atomic execution

2. AI-guided strategy engines for position optimization

3. Automated rebalancing with yield compounding

The goal is to move LP participation away from manual tuning and toward infrastructure that behaves more like autonomous market plumbing.

2. Prop AMM and Protocol-Managed Liquidity

Byreal also plans to roll out a Prop AMM model, starting with protocol-managed liquidity and dynamic fees that adjust based on order-flow quality.

Rather than immediately opening liquidity provisioning to everyone, the protocol will manage early liquidity itself to improve execution stability and reduce fragmentation. Broader participation is expected to follow once the system matures.

This approach reflects a growing trend across DeFi: prioritizing market quality first, decentralization second.

3. 24/7 Perpetuals for Real-World Assets

The most ambitious element of the roadmap is the launch of always-on perpetual futures for real-world assets.

Byreal plans to bring RWA perps on-chain with continuous trading, paired with prediction-market data as an on-chain signal layer. The result is a unified execution environment where crypto assets and traditional market exposure coexist — without market-hour constraints.

If successful, this would move onchain trading closer to a true global financial layer rather than a parallel crypto system.

Byreal, incubated by Bybit and launched in mid-2025, has quickly become one of the most active DEX platforms in the Solana ecosystem.
